In total it offers over 200 hours of learning across these four courses, covering occupational competencies and the responsibilities which qualify individuals for the role of yacht owner’s representative.

Thanks to last week our team had a great time at . There were over 800 delegates, and so many important discussions were had. A particular one for LH was the Service Excellence debate with our founder 🎙️

Alongside other hospitality professionals, Peter discussed which factors he found essential in delivering class-leading experiences to clients and how to focus on prevention when it comes to problems 🤩

It was interesting to hear from other industries, such as cruise and hotel, and what the yachting industry should be keeping on the horizon when it comes to service. There are huge opportunities for yachting to improve, and at LH, we want to facilitate this through our training programmes and courses 🔥

Introducing Rob 🍸

Rob is one of our specialist trainers. He is outgoing, loves to work with people and is passionate about hospitality. Rob started his hospitality career 18 years ago, working at a small restaurant, then worked his way up to chef, and within a butler team across multiple 5-star hotels. He then worked for cocktail agency, opened up his own bar in Crete and continues to train bartenders around the world 🤩

He loves travelling the world, meeting new people and seeing how they express their perfect way of delivering hospitality. Rob loves to be inspired by his students, and his top tip is to never stop learning!
