During the summer holiday all BUas libraries except the SLM Library at the Claudius Prinsenlaan will be closed. If you need materials from the libraries that will be closed we would advise you to borrow them at the latest Friday July 12. Our electronic resources, like e-books and e-journals, will as always remain available via the homepage of the Library: www.buas.nl/library. You can use the SLM Library if you need a silent place to study and you can always contact us there: https://www.buas.nl/library/library-locations-opening-hours .

Finding an appealing topic for your thesis is one thing, finding the proper information is another thing, but reviewing these books, papers and articles is really something else. In the Library you will find books in Dutch and English that might be helpful. These can be general research books with one chapter on reviewing literature, or books specifically on this topic. Just search our Catalogue with words like "literature review", "literature search" or literatuuronderzoek. Nevertheless, it's sometimes quite confusing and mistakes are easily made. When searching for information for your literature review your lecturers might advise you to use the Library's Metasearch or Google Scholar.
