What happens to the Loop Living Cocoon⢠after burial?
It slowly returns to nature.
Grown from mycelium, the root network of mushrooms, and natural plant fibers, the Loop Living Cocoon⢠is designed to naturally biodegrade in the soil.
Under favorable conditions, the cocoon itself breaks down in approximately 45 days, allowing natural soil processes to continue unhindered.
As it disappears, the material becomes part of the earth again, supporting soil life and returning organic nutrients to the ecosystem.
No metals.
No plastics.
No toxic varnishes.
A farewell that gives back to the earth. đ
