Dearest Alumni,

After almost 33 years of service at IHE-Delft, Prof. Dimitri Solomatine will be retiring in December 2022 and we would like to surprise him by collecting memories from his beloved students.

The idea is to make a book with a collection of memories and pictures that we will give him during his valedictory at IHE, on November 25th 2022.

Our first semester at TU Dresden has came to an end and today was the start of semester 2 at IHE-Delft.
Dresden has been very hospitable and we definitely miss the lovely city. Our batch was lucky to have seen Dresden in golden leaves and white snow. Classes were mostly online due to the pandemic but we had each other and that made everything much more manageable.
We are looking forward to and bracing ourselves for the intense semester ahead. We are also hoping to visit the tulip fields, quaint towns and windmills in the Netherlands!
