Edge Series LED work lights are mounted above the rear door of MSG Systems’ MAN. A practical position for illuminating the work area behind the commercial vehicle.

The strength of this series lies in its combination of compact dimensions and wide light distribution. This brings light where you need it, even when mounting space is limited.

For systems, that means extra light when working behind the vehicle and loading or unloading materials from the cargo space.

An effective lighting plan takes more than light output into account. Positioning and light distribution also determine how useful the lighting is in practice. TRALERT® helps you make those choices, from selecting the right work light to fitting it to the vehicle.

From 16 to 18 October, we'll once again be exhibiting at the trade fair organised by our partner WM SE. We'll be showcasing a range of innovative solutions from our LED vehicle lighting portfolio.

Efficient installation starts with the right configuration. TRALERT® tailors the lighting, wiring harness and connections to your semi-trailers and your production process.

The modular kit consists of a connection box, cabling in the required lengths, suitable connectors and the selected lighting. During installation, you connect the lights using the connectors, with no soldering required.

On MCT’s RMO tank semi-trailer, the components also connect directly to one another from front to rear. This reduces installation time and the risk of connection errors.

From rear lights and side marker lights to work lights and signalling, we combine the required functions into one complete, modular solution. This gives you a repeatable configuration and consistent quality for every semi-trailer.

Mounted on the roof of MSG Systems’ MAN TGE, the TRALERT® Omnino Air-T takes centre stage. This beacon bar combines standard R65 warning lighting with additional functions, including work lights and position lights.

One lighting solution supports several tasks: drawing attention to the vehicle, illuminating the surrounding area and helping create a distinctive appearance. Its slim design complements the carefully finished look of this distinctive MAN.

The construction is also designed for professional use. An aluminium housing, polycarbonate lens and IP69K protection make the Omnino Air-T suitable for demanding working conditions.
