11 years of connecting technical talent with opportunities in the Netherlands. And we're still moving forward.

Technix is growing. We're helping more technical professionals from across Europe build their careers in the Netherlands, while strengthening our own team with new recruiters.
And thereโ€™s more ahead.

Behind the scenes, we're working on a new Technix identity, including a new logo and website. A fresh look that reflects who we are today and where we're heading. More on that later this year.

Daniel is making the move from Portugal to the Netherlands to start as a CNC Programmer with a new Technix client.

His new role goes beyond programming. Daniel will also be involved in process improvement, giving him the opportunity to contribute to both the machines and the way work is done.

That variety is exactly what appealed to him when Maud introduced the opportunity. A new country, a new challenge and a role with plenty to get involved in.

Two different journeys, one next step. Marton and Miguel are both starting as Assembly Mechanics with one of our clients in Eindhoven.

Originally from Hungary, Marton moved to the Netherlands around six years ago, following family members who were already living and working here.

Since then, he has made the Netherlands his home and even learned to speak Dutch quite well. Now, he is taking the next step in his career as an Assembly Mechanic within the high-tech industry.

Originally from Lisbon, Miguel already has plenty of international experience, having previously lived in Berlin and Prague.

With a background in aircraft and electromechanical maintenance, technology is clearly a big part of his life. In his spare time, he enjoys building bikes and working on motorcycles. Now, he is bringing that technical mindset to the Dutch high-tech industry.

Two CNC professionals, two different backgrounds and two new opportunities at our high-tech clients in the Netherlands.

Liana graduated in Mechanical Engineering and found her passion in machining. She is the first female CNC professional to start through Technix and will be working with a 5-axis milling machine to produce high-precision parts.

Outside of work, she trades precision for adventure and loves hiking and sailing.

Nicholas brings 10 years of CNC milling experience in high-tech production. Originally from Italy, he previously moved to Switzerland to develop his skills and take his craftsmanship to the next level.

And that craftsmanship didnโ€™t go unnoticed. In 2023, he was named Worker of the Month for the quality of his work, flexibility and commitment.

Now heโ€™s ready for his next challenge in the Netherlands. Worker of the Month here next? No pressure, Nicholas. ๐Ÿ˜‰

With a background in Mechanical Engineering and hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician, Alisson made the move from Brazil to Italy to further develop his skills within the international manufacturing industry. A new country, language and way of working required him to adapt quickly โ€“ a challenge he successfully embraced.

After a long drive all the way from Portugal, Flavio has arrived in the Netherlands and is ready to start a new chapter in his career.

Flavio is an experienced CNC machinist with around ten years of experience in precision machining, working with both 3- and 5-axis milling machines. He spent most of his career in the aerospace industry, where precision and quality are essential.

And precision isn't just part of his work. In his spare time, Flavio is a big LEGO enthusiast, with a collection of an estimated 40,000 pieces. So you could say building things with great attention to detail comes naturally to him.
