I recently worked with a team that felt completely drained — not because of workload, but because no one knew what truly mattered anymore.

Someone said, “We’re rowing every day… but in fog.”
That hit me.

So I sketched this simple Lighthouse of Clarity during the session.
The lighthouse became vision and strategy,
the waves became daily chaos,
and the little boat was the team trying their best.

The moment they saw it, everyone nodded —
“This is exactly how it feels.”

And then someone said,
“We don’t need calmer waters. We just need the light turned on.”

That one line changed the whole conversation.
Clarity didn’t add new work — it removed confusion.

Sometimes teams don’t need motivation.
They just need a lighthouse. 🔦✨

🚨 Are you drowning in tasks that don’t really matter?🚨

🎨 Here’s a sailor-inspired take on the Eisenhower Matrix! 🌊 Imagine a sailor with four hands, each holding a unique tool to help you navigate your tasks:

⚓ The Oar (Do Now): Urgent and important? Grab the oar and tackle it immediately! 🛶
🎨 The Paintbrush (Decide): Important but not urgent? Schedule these thoughtful, creative tasks for later. 🖌️
📦 The Medical Box (Delegate): Urgent but less important? Hand it off to someone who’s ready to help—like passing first aid supplies. 🚑
🍴 The Food Box (Delete): Neither urgent nor important? Drop the unnecessary weight—let it go! 🍱

💡 Key takeaway: Focus on what truly propels you forward—both individually and as a team!

Most Feedback Sessions Are Broken—Here’s How to Fix Them (With an Air Balloon Adventure!)🎈

Yes, you heard that right. Typical feedback sessions fail because they focus too much on problems and miss out on real insights. But what if you could make them meaningful, engaging, and forward-focused?

Let me introduce The ‘I Like, I Wish, I Wonder’ Model—brought to life as an air balloon adventure! 🌟

Here’s how it works:

🎈 The Air Balloon: ‘I Like’
The balloon represents the positives—the things that lift you higher. Ask yourself or your team: What do we appreciate or value? Write these on Post-its and place them near the balloon.

☁️ The Calm Cloud: ‘I Wish’
The cloud reflects hopes for improvement—things you wish were different. Like a soft cloud reshaping your journey, these are areas for change. Ask: What could we do better?

⭐ The Stars: ‘I Wonder’
The stars symbolize curiosity and possibilities. This is your chance to dream big and ask open-ended questions. What could we explore further? What’s next on the horizon?

✨ Why this works:
This model keeps feedback structured yet creative, ensuring actionable insights while sparking curiosity and positivity.

🌟 Your Turn:
For your next feedback session, ask these three questions: What do I like? What do I wish could change? What do I wonder about? It’s simple, clear, and game-changing.
