There is a difference between wanting something and choosing to believe it is possible.

Wanting can still keep you in the waiting room.

One day.
Maybe.
Let’s see what happens.
If it is meant for me, it will come.

But choosing to believe asks something different from you.

It asks you to stop treating your desire like a nice idea somewhere in the distance, and start relating to it as something that is allowed to become real.

That's where the energy changes.

Ik voelde me totaal out of place.

Daar stond ik dan, in Kaapstad, in een ruimte vol investeerders, pitch decks, software-startups en AI-applicaties.

Ik had me aangemeld voor een ondernemers-event, zonder precies te weten waar ik in terecht zou komen.

Het bleek een middag te zijn waarin één bedrijf aan tafel gekozen zou worden om in twee uur tijd een plan te maken richting een miljoen omzet.

En ze kozen BROESLI.

Opeens zaten er vijf mensen om mij heen die volledig gingen meedenken over mijn bedrijf, mijn missie en de groei van alles wat ik heb gecreëerd.

Dat was gaaf én heel intens.

Want ineens ging het niet meer over een idee in mijn hoofd, maar over een bedrijf dat door anderen serieus werd genomen.

En toen moest ik ook nog pitchen.

In mijn nieuwe aflevering van Ondernemer in Wonderland neem ik je mee naar die middag in Kaapstad, en naar de les die ik daar nooit had geleerd als ik was weggebleven.

Gisteren gebeurde er iets bijzonders tijdens de Wonderopstellingen voor Ondernemers. Ik vertelde over hoe de Wonderopstellingen zijn ontstaan en hoe mijn visie zich met vallen en opstaan heeft gevormd.

Met name door allerlei gevoelens van “DIT KLOPT NIET VOOR MIJ” die ik ervoer in de jaren dat ik me in het systemisch vakgebied begaf.

Hoe meer ik mezelf permissie gaf om búiten bestaande systemen en structuren te pionieren, hoe meer ik genoot van het leven EN hoe helderder het voor mij werd dat de tijd is aangebroken voor NIEUWE velden.

En dat kwam met een prijs.

Ik heb volop de angst aanvaard om afgerekend te worden op mijn visie. Om veroordeeld, beschimpt en belachelijk gemaakt te worden.

Die angst heb ik nodig gehad om mijn eigen waarheid te voelen, vormen en belichamen. En nu is het tijd om dat ook explicieter uit te dragen.

Het oude past niet meer. Door een prachtige vraag die gisteren stelde, realiseer ik me hoe sterk ik voel dat het bestaande spel op het systemische veld UITGESPEELD is.
