Dankbaar voor de mooie opdrachten van het eerste kwartaal van dit jaar! Mijn beste kwartaal ooit en niet alleen qua omzet, maar vooral de balans tussen rust, focus en de dingen met heel veel energie en plezier kunnen doen. En het allermooiste is en dat maakt de circle weer rond; als mijn klanten verrast worden door de uitkomst en het resultaat. Hier nog een mooie review van Pia Hohdorf van Laudermarke Group. Ze kwam met haar team bij mij in de workspace voor een Visionboard workshop. Ik gaf deze in het Engels, omdat haar team internationaal is.
When getting in touch with Wendy, I knew that this workshop will eventually help all of us to grow, one way or the other. But how? That’s what I did not know before. With a diverse team, it was the uncertainty of how open everyone would be to this experience. No one of us had done a vision board workshop before.
Questions that I considered were: how open are the team members to it? What is in it for each team member? Are they willing to share such personal insights in front of their colleagues?
To be best prepared and well aware, I met with Wendy beforehand to share more information about each individual but also about us, as a team. Who are we, how are we working together, what is the current team dynamic and experience.
Wendy took the time to understand the group thoroughly and adjust to our needs. One of which was, to hold the workshop in English, although she has normally only done it in Dutch so far.
We started off the workshop with our intentions for the day. Wendy guided us through the process of creating our vision boards for 2024. With a short meditation, we prepared ourselves to get in a creative headspace where you lead from the heart and are able to shut off your mind for a minute. She explained well what is needed and happening throughout the process by providing research based insights.
We got to understand ourselves but also our team members better! It was remarkable to see that everyone had individual, personalized takeaways from the workshop. Not only did we leave the room with a physical vision board, but also with knowledge about ourselves and others that is more insightful and valuable than any sales, KPI or market comparison.
With her workshop, Wendy delivered us a great basis for continuing to work on our personal growth throughout the year!
We can highly recommend her workshop and encourage everyone to take the time to go on this journey together! We are looking forward to reflecting on this by the end of the year, looking back on what we have achieved and what steps we could make to reach our goal 2024!
