Frits Spits. Radiomaker van de eeuw. . Jubileert zelf als 75-jarige man en als 50-jarige radiomaker. En hij kan het niet laten, gelukkig. Hij zet de muziek voor ons op het podium. Deze van Van Dik Hout hebben we meteen toegevoegd aan onze playlist op spotify (iimproof inspiration): “Op de golven dansen wij”. Het refrein is prachtige levensbeschouwende poëzie: “Alles wat in hoop verankerd ligt, is een speelbal van veranderend getij. En op de golven dansen wij”. Hulde aan Frits en Van Dik Hout!

Dank aan Tom en Petra van voor deze bijzondere Breathwork & Drum ceremony, gewoon bij het . “Ik heb eindelijk weer eens echt lang en diep geslapen”, “Met veel meer energie de week begonnen” was feedback die ik daarna terughoorde. Kijk uit naar de volgende sessie met jullie zaterdag 25 februari van 12:00 tot 18:00 Copacabana, salon voor de levenskunsten in Breda. Er zijn nog enkele plaatsen vrij als je ook mee wilt doen!

Angry, sad and powerless. Looking at the trees along the ever undisturbed flowing river. Nature said it all today, how I am feeling. Angry because of injustice. The tree literally raising it’s fists towards the sky. WHY? Sad because of all the suffering that’s happening and we can all follow live from hour to hour unfold itself. The tree with it’s sad but beautiful thin branches nearly reaching the ground to connect, but just not there yet. Sunlight helps. It breaks my heart and I’m sure it breaks yours too. Ukrainians, Russians or from wherever, it’s one world we all share. And yes I also feel very powerless. Because the river flows on, like nothing is happening. We eat, we sleep, we work, we make love, we live. The flow of life can be very cruel. One question lingers in my mind. Does it take to be a NATO member to be human? A member of the EU? Does humanity stop at the borders? Or should humans stand up for other humans who are in a limbo, whether they are NATO, EU or not? I think we all know the answer to that one and it comes straight from your heart. Hoping for a more and more value based world society asap. We are all Ukrainians 🍀💖🇺🇦👍🏻

Happiness is a choice! A surprise I cycled into when I was doing a tour on my mountainbike. In one of the tiny backstreets of Monte San Giusto, I would have never found it even if it had been explained to me where it was. With love from the lovely city of the smile (la città del sorriso) 😃🎈❤️

Wow they did it again! After Soldier-on another epic song, out now. “Naked”. The lyrics are so beautiful. Just the first and the last part of the song: “What if I said I’m scared? What if I showed my ugly? How would it make you feel? Maybe a touch too real”. And the last part: “What if I said I loved All of the ugly stuff? What if I showed my pain? Maybe you feel the same”. Speechless by these words, thank you Di-rect 🎼🙏🏻

This lady, well known in Italy but unknown outside Italy, is a powerful singer from Rome age 66 (!) and one of her latest songs ‘Padroni di niente’ (‘Masters of nothing’) is a tribute to the ability to change. Change as an individual, change the world together. “You know, it is when I want to change the world, it then happens that it changes me instead”. Also a great video, check it out on youtube. Be the change you want to see in this world, as Gandhi taught us, we are all able to change 🙏🏻🍀
