Built for the next phase of inland fuel logistics - meet MTS Cugini.
Delivered in 2026, MTS Cugini strengthens the inland fleet with a clear focus on future fuels. Designed for the transport of CPP, biofuels and feedstocks, she reflects the growing shift towards more sustainable cargo streams across Europe’s waterways.
With a length of 110 meters and a beam of 11.45 meters, the vessel is optimised for flexibility within inland operations, while maintaining high efficiency in cargo handling. Her 9 centre cargo tanks allow for controlled and reliable operations, supporting both conventional and renewable fuel applications.
Operating under Volharding and owned by Bosman Shipping Group, MTS Cugini represents a deliberate step towards low‑carbon logistics and future‑proof fleet development.
Constructed at Dolderman Shipyard, the vessel has been equipped with ESD‑safe, certified Vapour Lock Valves, making her fully aligned with the requirements of ADN 2025. With this setup, the vessel is capable of fully closed operations, including:
– Accurate measurement of gas, ullage, OBQ/ROB, temperature and water
– Independent and representative multi‑level sampling
Enabling safer handling, minimised emissions, and consistent compliance with evolving regulations. Projects like MTS Cugini show how inland shipping is actively adapting — combining operational efficiency with solutions that support the transition to cleaner energy chains.
