MFS Field Service – Removal gas turbines
Removal of Solar Mars and Solar Centaur gas turbines from a decommissioned platform, not our standard works, but interesting to see something different. After the offshore platform went out of service, the whole platform was brought to shore, where we have removed the turbines for our customer.

MFS Training – Hot section training
MFS shares gas turbine knowledge by training. As a worldwide independent operating organization in the gas turbine market we have 25 years’ experience. We incorporated our knowledge in a variety of training sessions, that will help you maximize the efficiency of your engine, minimize the downtime and costs and increase your knowledge and skills.
But we don’t just train our clients. Engineers at MFS bv have developed their skills by extensive training and experience over the years. We strongly believe in a combination of theoretical training and training on the job. This is exactly how we educate our team. All engineers receive training at the MFS facility before being sent out into the field. Additional training will be given in order to develop their skills and encourage their interest. Senior engineers are always available to support and guide engineers at sites if necessary.

Repair combustor LM5000
It is always great to see and install an overhauled combustor, but performing an overhaul is even more exciting! Over the last time we have successfully developed a combustor overhaul, executed the overhaul, installed it into the engine and operated! Meanwhile we are now celebrating the 5th combustor repair.
