Raca International can supply various materials for all different models of nozzles!
The materials each have their own qualities and consequently produce different results. Depending on the product you are spray drying, one type of material may be more wear-resistant than the other and therefore lasts longer. Also, one material is more resistant to certain lyes and acids in a production and cleaning proces than the other. It can be a great advantage if the nozzles wear out less quickly and production can continue for longer. It is sustainable and you will also save money.

As it is not easy to determine in advance which material is the most suitable for your needs, we offer you the possibility to test the different materials in practice.

In May, LRQA visited us for their annual ISO focus visit.
During this visit, they reviewed RACA's management system and existing processes and concluded that RACA has passed the ISO 9001:2015 certification confirmation that RACA has been pursuing for years.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻? "A well-organized company with room for development and growth."

⏩ Next year we will go for ISO 9001:2015 again!

After 33 years of effort, it is time for Michiel and Pieter van Ravenstein to slow down.

Michiel van Ravenstein literally started in his attic room with 𝗥𝗔venstein 𝗖𝗔rbides, which during all those years expanded to Raca International, Raca Wear Parts and Raca Group.
These fine companies have been transferred through a 100% management buy-out on 4 March 2022 with retroactive effect from 1 January 2022 to the current management team Seline Trin and Rogier Everout who have been working here for many years.

𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺, we raised our glasses and celebrated the transfer.
