A little preview of what we’ve been working on… 👀

At the Sony FX5 event, we didn’t just bring our existing Vocas gear, we also brought along a number of prototype accessories for the Sony FX5.

Events like this are extremely valuable during product development. Putting prototypes in front of working camera professionals gives us the opportunity to discuss workflows, hear different perspectives and see how people actually want to build and operate their cameras.

Some details may still change before production, but that is exactly what prototypes are for.

Wednesday's Sony FX5 event gave us the perfect opportunity to show the camera the Vocas way. 🎥

Alongside the first hands-on sessions with the new FX5, we brought a fully rigged setup featuring Vocas Products accessories developed around professional handheld and production workflows.

Our goal is always the same: keep the camera compact where possible, while adding the mounting options, balance and flexibility needed when the setup starts to grow.

It was great to see people not only testing the FX5 itself, but also taking a closer look at how it can be built into a complete production-ready rig.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by, asked questions and shared their thoughts with us.

🔧 The Sony FX5 is on our workbench!

We’re currently testing our Vocas rigging and accessories on the new Sony FX5 to find out what already fits, what works best, and where we can make the setup even better.

Over the coming days, we’ll be putting different configurations through their paces and deciding which new FX5 accessories we’ll add to the Vocas Products line-up.
