C-Job Naval Architects

C-Job Naval Architects Driving the global maritime industry towards sustainability by dedication and ingenuity The most significant change, though, will be sustainability.

The next generation

Within a generation, the marine industry will look completely different. Digitalization, an expanding world population, globalization, progressive technology will all have a tremendous impact. Climate change, circular economy, new energy sources will dramatically affect ‘the naval business model’ and drive innovation in an unprecedented manner. This creates enormous possibilit

ies for designers, shipbuilders and -owners. As a dedicated naval architect, C-Job is driving change. Architectural innovation is our job. Over a decade ago, we started with solar and batteries on a ferry. We were one of the first architects to experiment with future fuels, such as NH3. We developed algorithms to design beyond human capabilities and applied big data to lower the total cost of ownership. We help our clients to build better ships, become 100% sustainable, and run better because of it. Our portfolio of services, designs, and programs guarantees better opex and capex for new vessels, as well as existing ones. Our global team of dedicated engineers, it-consultants, supervisors, and project managers are passionate about making it happen: a sustainable maritime industry in one generation. C-Job

Can you wait to decarbonize? C-Job explores the cost of doing nothing

Posidonia starts tomorrow, and it's the ideal time to discuss early‑stage decarbonization measures to ensure the commercial lifetime of your vessel or fleet is not cut short.

The cost of doing nothing can be higher than the cost of taking action to decarbonize, due to price volatility, carbon cost escalation and tighter regulations.

C-Job are behind numerous energy efficiency solutions that can optimize your vessel's environmental performance, and support the drive to decarbonization. Read our expert opinion article here, https://c-job.com/decarbonizing-calculate-and-avoid-the-cost-of-doing-nothing/ , which includes:

• How to achieve future predictability
• Different vessel scenarios
• Key solutions for decarbonization

Take this opportunity to talk with our experts by visiting Stand 3.261. You can also read more about the cost of doing nothing in our Fleet Decarbonization Playbook: https://decarbonization-magazine.c-job.com/playbook/.

Decarbonizing: discuss the cost of doing nothing at Posidonia 2026

Mounting pressures on vessel owners and charterers – such as price volatility, carbon cost escalation and tighter regulations – are driving the need to take action. Early‑stage decarbonization measures can stabilize your operational and financial exposure, while preserving the life of your vessel or fleet.

C-Job are behind numerous energy efficiency solutions that can optimize your vessel's environmental performance, and support the drive to decarbonization. Our experts have written an article on just that, including:

• How to achieve future predictability
• 4 steps to reduce uncertainly, before any investment
• Key solutions for decarbonization

Read more about the cost of doing nothing in our expert opinion article: https://c-job.com/decarbonizing-calculate-and-avoid-the-cost-of-doing-nothing/. Or check our Fleet Decarbonization Playbook: https://decarbonization-magazine.c-job.com/playbook/.

Since our beginning, C-Job has built a reputation for setting trends, pushing boundaries, and solving complex challenges. The small ripples we initiated years ago through our concepts, research, and maritime design and engineering work continue to grow. Through continued and increasingly efficient design and engineering, those small ripples are becoming waves of sustainable change.

As offshore wind projects around the world scale up, the challenge is no longer just lift capacity. It’s about reducing cycle time, emissions, and total installation cost overall.

At C-Job Naval Architects, the mission defines the vessel — not the other way around. We work together with you to create tailor-made designs that do exactly what you need them to.

🔹Cycle-time driven design: multiple monopiles on deck enables streamlined logistics with minimal port reliance, maximizing offshore productivity
🔹Lower emissions by design: optimized designs, fewer vessel trips, and future-fuel-ready power generation means reduced fuel consumption per installed foundation
🔹CAPEX efficiency: optimizing the entire installation system allows developers to reduce vessel-days and avoid over-specification, lowering the total project cost
🔹Tailored for next-generation projects: designed around real project constraints like larger monopiles, further distances offshore, and tighter installation windows

Efficiency is the new capability. Next-generation installation vessels are defined by how effectively they reduce time, energy, and investment. At C-Job, we design vessels that deliver exactly that —mission designed and performance-driven. Interested in exploring the impact on your project economics? Let’s connect.

At an impressive length of 216.5 meters and equipped with a crane with a 4,000-ton lifting capacity, CDWE's Green Jade is a standout in the offshore wind industry. C-Job supported CSBC with the basic design and main crane integration for the Green Jade. Being the first heavy lift and offshore wind installation vessel built in Taiwan, and the sister ship to DEME's Orion, she came into the industry with a reputation to live up to, and she's definitely done her part.
