The dust (or is it mud) has settled. The 5th edition was a wet one, 47 teams competed and De Filous - No Nonsense BBQ from Belgium grabbed the Grand Champion title. Bunch of Swines from the UK became Reserve Grand Champion.

We would like to thank Harry and Linda for being our Reps. it's always such a pleasure to work with you guys!

Nico, Shirley and Sandra thanks for taking care of the SCA part of the contest.

Judges, table captains and volunteers, thank you so very much!! Without you guys organizing a contest isn't possible!

This fifth edition is also the end of an era. The Cook-Off will in the future no longer be a KCBS contest.
We don't know yet how the 6th edition will look, we are working on that, but there will be a Low & Slow contest. We hope to welcome all of you October next year!

In the previous years we've had many questions about our shirts and if it would be possible to purchase one.
Since it's our fifth anniversary and we have the special logo to celebrate we've designed T-shirts, long sleeves and hoodies.

They are for sale until one week after the Cook-Off, after that we'll take them down never to be available again.

In little over a month the 5th edition of the BBQ Society Cook-Off will take place in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands. This is also the moment for us that things start to take shape and get real. Like the event pin for this year.
