Announcement Company Structure

At this moment ENCODE Group runs the brands The Badger Company, A1 Werkplan bv, Reg Dab Recruitment Services and DBP Management. Thru the years these brands by virtue of the growth of their operational activities started to overlap each other and it became increasingly difficult to tag their mutual distinction. ENCODE Group has therefor decided to restructure its activities in three product/market combinations being Engineering, Recruitment and Remote Services.

The engineering business will comprise of all present and future The Badger Company companies and continue under The Badger Company brand.
The recruitment business will comprise of the A1 Werkplan, DBP Management and Reg Dab Recruitment Services companies and continue under A1 Werkplan bv as a brand and as one company.

The headquarters of both brands will remain the main office in Hoogvliet-Rotterdam (The Netherlands). The office of A1 Werkplan in Urmond (The Netherlands) will continue to support clients in the south of The Netherlands, Belgium and the neighbouring industrial areas in Germany. The office in Ploiesti (Romania) will increase recruitment activities, both engineering & design staff and technicians, to support clients in Western Europe for good qualified temporary staff.
