Projecten lopen uiteen van verhuur van een standaard unit voor een dag tot meerjarige internationale maatwerk producties. De opdrachtgevers van EventRent komen uit binnen- en buitenland. Een roadshow is een vorm van fieldmarketing waarbij door middel van een rondgang - langs een vooraf bepaalde route - producten, diensten of bedrijven onder de aandacht worden gebracht bij de doelgroep.

Time flies when you’re on the road!
Our JA Europe roadshow has officially been travelling across Europe for one month already – and what a first month it has been.

From Romania, Poland and Hungary to Bulgaria, Slovenia, Italy, Germany and Austria, we’ve already visited 10+ events and covered approximately 5,700 km on the road.

From customer events and industry gatherings to unique locations across Europe, the roadshow is doing exactly what it was designed to do: bringing JA Solar closer to its customers, wherever they are.

And this is just the beginning. 👀

With a roadshow unit, you can take your brand directly to the places where your audience is most engaged. And where better for Shimano than the heart of Red Bull Cerro Abajo?

For this action-packed weekend in Stuttgart, our 25ft Expandable was specially prepared for a one-off Shimano activation, creating a dedicated brand space right in the middle of the cycling action. Inside, a bike took centre stage, connecting Shimano’s world of cycling with the riders, fans and crowds surrounding the event.

And what a setting. Stuttgart was packed as the world’s best urban downhill riders raced through the city, flying down stairs, over jumps and through tight corners at incredible speed.
That’s the power of a roadshow: taking your brand experience wherever it makes the most sense and putting it right where your audience wants to be.

𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽!
Ook deze festivalzomer gingen we voor KWF Kankerbestrijding weer op pad met de Insmeerbar: een custom pop-up die speciaal is ontwikkeld om festivalgangers te helpen zichzelf te beschermen tegen de schadelijke effecten van UV-straling.

Van Pinkpop en Down The Rabbit Hole tot Lowlands: de Insmeerbar reisde de hele zomer mee met de grootste festivals van Nederland.

Want tussen het dansen, feesten en genieten van de zon door, is er één ding dat je niet wilt vergeten: smeren.

Met de EggStreamer L als opvallende pop-up maakt KWF zonbescherming laagdrempelig én zichtbaar. Een custom activatie die niet op één plek blijft staan, maar de boodschap letterlijk meeneemt op tour.

𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
For Edwards Lifesciences’ heart health awareness campaign in Munich, we took four mobile units to four different locations across the city, including one right at the doorstep of the ESC cardiology congress.

From three CityVans to one Expandable, each unit was transformed into a functional and engaging mobile workspace, with custom interiors by Spellbound Experiential Interiors.

But the real purpose was what happened inside.

Visitors could learn more about heart valve disease, recognize potential symptoms and discover why early detection matters. Together with heart specialists from LMU Klinikum and TUM Klinikum, Edwards brought this important message directly to people across Munich.

With four units operating simultaneously, getting everything in the right place at the right time took a lot of coordination behind the scenes.

A great example of how mobile experiences can bring important conversations directly to the people who need to hear them.

JA is taking its growing solar and energy storage portfolio across Europe, and our InfoVan #29 is along for the ride.

The first stop in Poland was a great success, bringing JA together with local customers and partners to showcase its latest solutions and exchange ideas.

And we have to say: we’re pretty proud of how our InfoVan turned out.
With bold JA branding, a high-end interior and a complex setup packed into the van, it has been transformed into a fully equipped mobile showroom.

Now it’s on to the next stop.

𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗮-𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗮 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗼𝘂𝗿
Together with our Italian agency Business & Roads - Events and Tours we created a mobile brand experience for the launch of Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Zero Caffeine.

Our InfoWheels Boutique was transformed into a Coca-Cola “Glass House”; a welcoming living room on wheels where consumers could pause, relax and enjoy a Coke.

Sampling, interactive activities, personalized giveaways and instant photo moments encouraged visitors to connect with the brand and share their experience both on-site and online.

After a successful debut in Milan, the concept hit the road and expanded into a nationwide tour across nine cities in Italy.

One concept. One recognizable brand experience. Nine cities.

A great example of how a mobile brand experience can scale across multiple locations while staying personal, consistent and close to the consumer.
