🏛️Discover hidden gems in the Leiden region!

Every year, on the second weekend of September, monuments all over the Netherlands open their doors to curious visitors. 👀

You can access for instance the beautiful Stadhuis in Leiden, the gardens of the Bijdorp country estate in Voorschoten, or the old farms in Leidedorp.

🗝️Many of these monuments can only be visited during this special weekend, so make sure not to miss out!

🌱 For the Month of the Volunteer in Leiden, we are coordinating a group to take care of gardens for people who are not able to do so themselves. We are doing this with the help of Stichting Present Leiden / Oegstgeest. And after all the hard work, we'll chat over well-earned refreshments!

When? Friday 4th September, 10:00-13:00

💪 Roll up your sleeves and join us for the morning, by yourself or with your friends and family. Everyone is welcome: the more we are, the more gardens we can clean up!

This time of the year, many internationals are relocating to the Netherlands. And this means one thing: the waiting time to get registered at your municipality will be longer, and finding a house gets more challenging. 🏠

🚀 At Leiden International Centre we offer fast-track BSN registration appointments and extra support for newcomers.

🏢 In some cases, we also allow you to temporarily register at your employer's address while you are looking for housing.
