The golden-yellow, elegantly funnel-shaped wild mushroom Cantharelle / Girolle smells like ripe apricots, mingled with the mild, fresh scent of forest.
If you gently braise them in mild olive oil, you’ll experience its velvety-soft, tender, almost elastic texture. The slightly peppery, herbaceous undertone leaves a warm, refined tingle on the tongue. Delicious when fried with a little bit of finely chopped shallot.

The Garlic Solo. A 7,000-year-old, cultivated surprise (when temperatures did not drop low enough, the garlicplant did not form small cloves, but a single larger clove.) Easy peeling away the papery white skin with purple veins the 25 mm silky-soft, white onion-like garlic solo emerges.
After roasting it from approx. 45 minutes its firm texture slowly melts away into a smooth, velvety, almost buttery cream. A single ‘garlic solo’ does the job of a whole regular garlic bulb, whit a less overpowering taste and without the bitter afterbite.

The intense, bright green, vibrant colour of the Mangetout immediately evokes a sense of vitality and health. Taking a moment to look at its smooth, thin skin, you see the outlines of the 5 to 7 small peas inside.
Biting into the lightly blanched or stir-fried snow peas, the smooth skin snaps with a satisfying crunch. A juicy, fresh burst of flavour is immediately released. The small, almost liquid peas melt on your tongue, creating a creamy contrast to the crunchy exterior. Snow peas are at their very best when quickly stir-fried with a bit of creamy butter and fresh mint, or with spicy Asian herbs such as ginger, garlic and soy sauce.
