🍠 BBQ baked Bellevue sweet potato. Wrap a Bellevue sweet potato in aluminium foil and bake it on the BBQ (or in the oven) for about 45–60 minutes at 200°C, until soft and creamy inside.

Slice it open and fill with:
• feta
• sun-dried tomatoes
• parsley
• olives

Finish with a little olive oil, black pepper and salt. The natural sweetness of Bellevue pairs perfectly with the salty feta and Mediterranean flavours.
