Over the past years PS & M has been specializing in managing start up’s, interim management and reorganizations of airlines, airports and on-line companies mainly taking care of the commercial, distribution, e-commerce, network development, revenue management, CRM, product development, business development, organisational and ground operation streams of these projects.
