Customers love sales! I bet you do too!

You can highlight low on stock, sale items in your stories. This way your audience knows that if they want that product, they need to be quick!

You will create a sense of urgency, not only with the sale but with the stories too!

With a question like that, you will get a response and know what your audience likes. You can do this with so many different things. Put two products up against each other and see which one is more popular.

The options are endless!

Engagement is essential; you hear it all the time!

But how can you do that on stories? Well, you can ask your followers a question. It may be about new products that you’re making. Or when you are doubting if you need to remake a product that doesn’t sell that well.

Most of your followers will answer a quick question, especially when it is just clicking a box. Use the stickers available in Instagram stories, and answers will start coming in.

You can also ask a couple of market research questions. This way, you can get more insights into who is actually following you. You might be making a product for a specific audience, but a completely different one might follow you too.

Your current followers already know about your business, so you can hype them up for a new product!

They have discovered your products and Instagram before, so no need to tie them to your business. But you want to keep them engaged. That is where stories come in.

And posting a sneak peek of a new product gets your audience excited for what is to come.

Create some momentum around a new product, and you will sell more than when you do a surprise product drop. Unless you’re Beyonce, she gets away with surprise releases.

It shows your audience that you are making sales, and it updates the customers on what you’re doing with their orders.

You might even go in and share the order and how you package them!

Be sure to be discrete with the addresses of these people, you don’t want them to end up all over the internet.

A to-do list is simple to make and builds a connection to your audience!

In the morning, you create your to-do list for the day. Most likely, you have already made it. So go into Canva, or just into stories, and list out what needs to be done today.

Add some checkboxes so that you can update your audience around lunchtime on what you have been up to!

Your graphic doesn’t need to be complicated, just a list, and you’re ready!

Don’t forget to show your progress at the end of the day. It doesn’t matter if you didn’t do everything on your list. You’re human!

Above all else, I care about helping others.

Even when I look back on my childhood and upbringing, I can see that helping people was tops for me.

As a daughter of two scouts, it was a no brainer that I would become one too. This made sure that helping people was something that I wanted to do and always did. Whether it was older people, my parents, friends, or my little brother, I was always there to help. And even now, I am! For example, I helped my dad out with starting his own business.

Today, I make sure my clients feel this from me by answering their questions, being open-minded during our calls and always open to suggestions from you. Nothing is too crazy! And if you want me to do something that isn’t in the package I offer? You can always ask me, I might not be an expert in that field, but I know how to learn that.

It was never my intention to start my own business.

But here I am, with a registered business and paying taxes!

During the pandemic, I concluded that I didn’t want to work for a company, especially when it had to be remotely for a while.

I wanted to help other people, and all the jobs I saw were doing marketing for a company, not for other humans like me. It just didn’t fit me.

Where to even start with paid advertising?

Well, don’t promote a post you’ve written and posted already. That is rule number one! These posts will not give the results you’re after.

Create a new advertisement in the Facebook ads centre. Here you can literally change everything you want and see where your ad will go!

Not that strong in social media advertising? Hire someone who does it for you!
