Three days in Brussels. Plenty to talk about.

Ronald ten Cate and Jordy Vergucht represented Ottevanger at Milling Forum Europe, sharing knowledge and connecting with milling professionals.

From Monday’s visit to Ceres BG Milling Group to Ronald’s MonoRoll presentation on Wednesday, there was plenty to explore.

At Ceres, we recently installed a MonoRoll 850 alongside a conventional Progress 850 with two rollers. Having both pellet mills at one production site offers a valuable opportunity to compare their performance in daily operation.

The first measurements are encouraging: the MonoRoll is already showing energy savings of more than 25%. These are early results, giving us a promising foundation to build on.

A great few days at Fenavi 2026 in Colombia.

From 1 to 3 September, our colleague José Lobo represented Ottevanger at the Holland Pavilion during the XXII Fenavi Congress in Cali.

The event brought together professionals from across the poultry and feed industries, creating valuable opportunities to exchange knowledge, discuss developments and connect with new and familiar faces from across the region.

Throughout the congress, José spoke with visitors about their ambitions in feed production, from developing complete new feed mills to modernising existing facilities and improving production processes.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared ideas and took the time to connect with us. Events like Fenavi are a great opportunity to strengthen relationships and explore how smart, reliable feed technology can support the future of poultry production.

Every module has been carefully assembled, checked and organised in the Netherlands before shipment. What you see is more than a row of containers: it is a complete, precisely engineered expansion that will soon become part of the existing containerised feedmill in Malaysia.

The second production line is designed to increase capacity while maintaining the flexibility, reliability and efficiency of the current installation. Preparing the system in this modular way helps simplify transport, reduce work on site and support a smooth installation process.

This is the final stage before the journey begins. Packed, protected and ready to move, the containers will soon leave our factory and bring the next chapter of this impressive Malaysian feed production project one step closer to reality.
