Introducing a smarter way to monitor PTD seal wear!

We're excited to introduce the new Automatic Wear Detection System (AWDS), the latest option for our PTD Plug Diverter Valve.

Until now, checking the condition of PTD seals often meant opening the valve or waiting for signs of wear to become visible. With AWDS, maintenance teams gain valuable insight into seal condition without having to disassemble the valve.

Available in two versions, Active and Passive AWDS, the system helps operators identify seal wear or leakage, make more informed maintenance decisions, and reduce unnecessary interruptions to production.

And the best part? Both options are available for new PTDs and as retrofit solutions for existing installations.

When abrasive materials are part of the process, your diverter valve needs to be built for the challenge.

In thermoelectric power plants, incinerators, foundries, and cement and glass production, demanding materials can cause significant wear and shorten equipment service life.

The BTD Ball Type Diverter Valve is build for demanding processes where durability, reliability, and easier maintenance matter. In diverting applications, the product itself forms a protective wear surface inside the valve, helping reduce direct wear on the valve body. In converging applications, the impact area is reinforced to withstand demanding operating conditions.

Built from ductile spheroidal cast iron, the BTD is available for pressures up to 6 barg, with seals that can be replaced while the valve remains installed. ATEX-certified configurations are also available.

Seal replacement shouldn’t keep your process waiting.

Replacing the seals on a plug diverter valve takes time. Accessing the seals, removing them, cleaning away old glue, fitting the replacements and waiting for the adhesive to cure all add to the maintenance process.

Our PTD Plug Diverter Valve changes that. Its new service-friendly design makes seal replacement 8 to 10 times faster than before, helping maintenance teams get the valve back into operation sooner.

The difference comes from three key improvements: glue-free belly seals that eliminate glue removal and curing time, two-sided access that allows servicing from either side of the valve, and a plug position indicator on both sides for clear visibility of the flow direction.

The PTD continues to reliably route powders and pellets in pneumatic conveying systems. Now, it’s simply much easier and faster to service.
