𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 ⁠🔎💚
This year Synchropack decided to go all out at the Interpack because they were showcasing new machinery. During the briefing it became clear they wanted a very visual booth, showcasing their brand while keeping the space open enough to keep the focus on the new machines.

Our designers came up with the idea to use their logo as the eye-catcher, enlarge it (by a lot 🤪⁠) and hang it in the air! Ensuring the brand is embodied at every level of the booth. This eye-catcher was custom build to ensure it matches the logo perfectly.

Add a LED strip in the flooring to subtly enclose the machines, create additional custom displays and incorporate a large LED wall. Not a bad way to showcase your brand if you ask us ⁠☺️

𝗔 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽
Behind every successful project is a project manager making sure everything runs smoothly. Today, we’re following Nane, who has joined Chiaradia Exhibitions last year and is already fully embedded in the team. 💚

Once a project is confirmed, the project manager becomes the customer’s main point of contact and keeps everything on track behind the scenes. From design and production to purchasing, planning, and preparation. Graphics? Checked. Customer materials? Checked. Planning? Checked again. Tiny details that nobody notices unless they go wrong? Definitely checked.

And even when the stand is fully built, Nane is still there on the exhibition floor for the final checks before the customer arrives.

A true connector between departments, people, and ideas and an essential part of turning ideas into reality. The kind of role that quietly keeps everything running smoothly, usually with about twelve tabs open in her head 😉.

𝗔 𝟰𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘆𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿 📏👜
At Euroshop Tarkett wanted architects to learn that their flooring products are specialized and suited for retail interiors. What better way to catch the eye than to combine a blown up lady handbag with flooring product.

The oversized bag was constructed in our workshop by our master carpenter Patrick Smeets. The wood contruction of the handbag has a platform for customers to sit on as a unique photo opportunity. Since our offices are above the production facilities, and have windows, we saw the bag construction getting taller and taller every day and when it was transported you could see a handle seemingly move on its own through the facilities. Obviously the entire office then crowds around the windows to see the masterpiece 👀

After it was constructed 2 team members from the Tarkett floorinstallers team came to our workshop and covered the entire bag in Tarkett materials, turning the bag into a true brand object instead of just a decorative element. Perfect collaboration between us and the customer, creating a new creative way to display flooring material 🤝

The measuring tape table had its own journey, using custom stickers on Tarkett’s yellow flooring product that ensure it really looks like a huge measuring tape instead of a wooden table. Multiple test prints to decide the best colour, creating a smooth curve for the end and adding the special metal clip to truly finish it off!

For us, this is what we love and what we do best. Not just producing walls, floors and furniture, but translating a brand into physical details that visitors instantly understand. After all, our slogan is bring your brand to life 💚

𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆
At Chiaradia Exhibitions, we don’t just focus on what we build, but also on how we build it. ⚡🌱

From working with renewable materials and recycling wherever possible to designing modular stands that can be reused for multiple projects. Sustainability is becoming a bigger part of the way we work every day.

And it doesn’t stop at our booths. We’re also making our office and production facilities more sustainable. We are changing out our vehicles for electric where possible; we now have an electric side -loader and forklift in addition to supplying our account managers with electric vehicles as well. The entire warehouse roof is covered with 205 solar panels, and heat-resistant window film helps keep our building cool during warmer days.

Less energy waste, less need for air conditioning, and thanks to our solar panels, we’re well on our way to becoming fully self-sufficient in energy 💚

𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺: 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲
At the helm of every successful operation is a woman making sure it goes smoothly, for us that's Anne, our Assistant Production Manager.

Since joining our team in 2024, Anne has been helping coordinate our production process, making sure every exhibition stand is prepared with care, precision, and attention to detail before it leaves our warehouse. She coordinates with our technical design team about the best ways to build the booth, ensures our production crew can work efficiently and ensures our custom made items move smoothly through the different production processes.

When she's not keeping production on track, you'll probably find her building LEGO, exploring a theme park, cycling through the countryside, or enjoying a long walk outdoors. Fun fact: Anne also spent many years as a baseball referee, where she learned to stay calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and keep everyone moving in the right direction. Safe to say those skills come in handy in production too. 😉

We're delighted to have Anne as part of the team and can't wait to see what we'll build together in the years to come. 💚

𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗸𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗼𝗳𝗳
Before the summer holidays officially begin, there’s one important tradition left on the Chiaradia calendar: our annual summer BBQ. 🍔☀️

Every year, we come together as a team to unwind, catch up, reflect on the first half of the year and get ready for another busy exhibition season ahead.

After two more weeks of hard work, our team will enjoy a well deserved holiday. 💚

Please note that our offices will be closed from July 27 to August 2 while our team takes a well deserved break and recharges for the second half of the year.

We are VERY excited to announce that we are officially the preferred partner for MECC Maastricht!

It has always been great to do a booth at the MECC Maastricht as it really feels like a home game for us. We are only a 25 min drive away, we can communicate in our signature southern Dutch dialect and we share very similar values so to make it official is the cherry on top.

The MECC Maastricht is a prominent conference and exhibition center in the Netherlands and hosts many events each year such as InterClassics, APEX, Second Home Beurs and of course the well-known TEFAF. Their slogan is “For you, we go beyond boundaries”, which fits us perfectly. Going the extra mile is part of who we are, so joining forces with a venue that shares that mindset feels like the perfect match.

𝗕𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁
Sometimes you have a stand where a story needs to be told.

TKF (BV Twentsche Kabelfabriek) has existed since 1930 and is a leader in cable solutions. TKF also offers solutions in every area of ​​Connectivity. We have proudly been working together to bring their brand to life since 2015.

The objective at the ANGACOM trade fair was to visually engage the visitor, but also to guide them in an almost self-explanatory manner through the various product groups, highlighting their specific functionality and applications.

The stand concept was realized in such a way that you can follow the cabling, embedded in the floor, along every station, right from the cable reel all the way to the connection inside the house. At every stage, TKF specialists are available to advise and inform interested visitors. And over a delicious, freshly brewed coffee, the mutual “connection” is deepened even further.
