GRNbms on VAG MEB battery 350kW plus, DEYE hybrid 80K

I did not post for some time,
Meanwhile we had ongoing development of our GRNbms, dedicated to work with VAG group MEB battery modules
with this baby I supercharge my electric car....
well not really super super but 50kW is OK for me
We're located in Europe, Netherlands, during this autumn/winter season not so much sun,
but we manage to stay off-grid.

If people need advice how to set-up such a system let me know in comments

Here is a small glimpse of the assembly of a CMU board.
Max number of ports to connect to VAG MEB battery modules will be around 330 pcs, yanking it to a potential 2.25mW battery storage...

Next to that, we are pushing the development of GRNbms MK3,
a game changer in the BMS segment.
Much needed for our future projects

The new GRN OS operating system is powered by a quad-core ARM Cortex A7, and is based on the proven Linux kernel.

Update from the Pro-LOX Frankenstein test-Laboratory (joke)
we made progress with GRNbms on High Voltage re-use EV-batteries.

check photos of us making a template for Loxone home automation, using GRNbms as a modbus server running data over TC/IP from RS485 devices.
We can use the Loxone template to run DEYE HV 3phase inverters with Dynamic Tariff electricity contracts

Next will be the introduction of a Home Assistent template, to serve that vast user community

In this test-lab example we show a 96S battery build with
VW LG CHEM 12S 156Ahr battery modules from ID.3 ,
usable voltage span from 316.8- 398.4 Vdc, 55kWh

connected to our GRN-hv control-box,
and a Hybrid Deye SUN-20K-SG01HP3-EU inverter, 3phase.

both inverter and battery managed by a GRNbms using emulated Pylontech Force II firmware. (see Deye screen in photos)

Also available BYD Battery-Box Premium HVS emulation in GRNbms firmware ( like for Fronius GEN24+ series)

Also introducing our own GRNcmu-MEB with 4 ports or 2-ports,
auto sensing 8S or 12S VAG batteries,
auto can-ID commissioning by GRNbms ( so no more limits per can-bus),
use of standard VAG cell-tab cables,
up-link can-wiring sets available.
