โข 1 mango, peeled and chopped
โข Zest and juice of 1 lime
โข Small bunch of basil, sliced
โข 2 tablespoons olive oil
โข 10 to 12 shrimp per person
โข 2 garlic cloves, crushed
โข 1 teaspoon chili flakes
โข Zest and juice of 1 lemon
โข 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped

โ For the mango sauce, puree the mango with the lime zest and juice using a hand blender.
โก Stir in the basil and refrigerate until ready to use.
โข Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
โฃ Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
โค Add the garlic and chili flakes and cook for 30 seconds.
โฅ Turn the heat up to high.
โฆ Pour in the lemon juice, lemon zest and parsley, then toss the shrimp to coat.
โง Serve with the chilled mango sauce.
