Learning and reflecting on a talk i just received.

What do you do when someone asks you about martial arts...

Especially when they are asking to show "something".

I started to dislike this question, especially because people don't ask about the philosophy and they want to tell you how you should do, and sometimes they treat you like a clown.

But I found out that this is also part of leadership because when you're put in that position, some people will tell you, "Hey you're the manager now or you're the leader now. Please guide us or show me how you're going to lead us or show me your little boy or little girl because you're the leader now, right?"
