Een management review (directiebeoordeling) is meer dan een verplicht moment op de agenda.

Het is het moment waarop de directie stilstaat bij prestaties, veranderingen, risico’s en kansen en daar concrete beslissingen aan koppelt.

De belangrijkste vraag is daarom niet alleen: hebben we het besproken?
Maar vooral: wat is er daarna aantoonbaar veranderd?
