We zullen de aankomende tijd elke week een rechtsgebied uitlichten waarvoor u bij ons terecht kunt!

Deze week komt het ondernemingsrecht aan bod. Het ondernemingsrecht is een onderdeel van het privaatrecht, dat zich bezighoudt met rechtspersonen en dan toegespitst op bedrijven met winstoogmerk, dus ondernemingen. Denk aan naamloze -en besloten vennootschappen, maar ook ondernemingen zonder rechtspersoonlijkheid, zoals bijvoorbeeld een vennootschap onder firma. Mocht er een conflict optreden binnen de onderneming of zijn er problemen met de wijze van vertegenwoordiging binnen de onderneming, dan kunnen wij u helpen in de vorm van juridisch advies.
