:: SOCIAL :: Does it take a lot of energy for you to be social or does it take a lot of energy for you to be alone?
On Mental Health Day, I want to bring awareness of something that a couple of years ago I wasn't aware myself.
How come I can be social and feel so tired? How come I like to have people around and noisy reunions but silence feels so good?
The world is packed with information, courses, (online) events and they all need us, our attention, our interest, our time, our brain, our discipline.
Balance. Anxiety. For each of us to find the balance can be very different.
As a friendly reminder, things will always be out there for us whenever we need and are ready.
We can't get over the marketing sales push but, we take care of how much we let in, instead.
Having trouble staying focused on work is one of the signs that your cup is getting full.
Trouble falling asleep, feeling restless, constantly checking social media or news as well. Enough, that's the balance you want to find.
To study, learn and be part of social events is hands down good for us as people and professionals. How much you soak up, this is the challenge.
Be gentle with your brain, he has the most difficult job. He works 24/7 - 365 days - EVEN ON VACATION DAYS.
I wish we all could step out of our "box" and look into it to identify the moments we need to slow down.
It hurts me to think how many people we've been losing for being sick in their mind. I appreciate whoever works in prol to make it less scary to talk. Thanks for being so transparent.
We never really know when it can hit us hard, think of including your mind in your healthy routine.
has changed the way I look at my thoughts, and has saved lots of moments of anxiety and sadness.
