How fast can a task be done? What does it require? Research or multiple steps? When should something be finished and what is the priority? Ask yourself these questions and write down a detailed task, this way you will always remember exactly what you should be doing and of course when. Categorising these tasks as work, personal, and urgent or non-urgent tasks can be a great way to prioritise.
