Partners gezocht voor snelle uitrol Corona Zelf Check applicatie in Nederland!

Wij zijn op dit moment in samenwerking met internationale instanties bezig met de uitrol van de Zelf Check in o.a. Tsjechië, Slowakije en Zwitserland. Om dit ook in Nederland z.s.m. mogelijk te maken zijn zij op zoek naar partnerbedrijven die kunnen helpen met de facilitatie hiervan.

Wij zijn druk bezig met het op touw zetten van een samenwerking met overheidsinstellingen, gemeenten en investeerders en willen iedere geïnteresseerde partij vragen contact met ons op te nemen. Make sure you test, test and test again.
In order to know if your idea is going to work, or figure out it won’t, the best thing you can do is testing it.

First, test the assumptions that need to be true for your idea to work. Whenever things change, test everything again. Previously analysed hypothesis might not work anymore with new assumptions. That is how your idea evolve, grow. Furthermore, through testing you can unsure a match between what you want to do and what you can actually do.

Second, when you think your product is ready, test your idea on the market. You gain valuable insights from your customer that you can use to redesign your idea.
Then you test it again to make sure it is prefect. Only then you can officially launch your product or service.

PS: Once launched, keep testing for continuous improvement and keep satisfying your customers!

It is only through an in depth understanding of customer’s emotions that one can design something really unique.
With some work and imagination, anyone can solve a customer problem. However, by recognising what part of the customer journey is associated to what emotions, one can create a product or service that will change the customer experience on a deeper level.

Moreover, when people have a positive feeling or emotion associated with a product or a service, they will naturally feel the need of using it and this will guaranty the success of your innovation.

At Creative Dock, as any other company, our end goal is to answer a customer problem or need. However, our difference is that we do it through sustainably changing a negative emotion to a positive one. This ensures that the service we propose is unique, valuable, costly to imitate, and non-substitutable, which are the pillars of our competitive advantage.

Innovation should be based on answering an actual customer problem. Identifying a problem to solve is the most essential part of the process. You can design the most beautiful and revolutionary product, if it has no use for costumers, no one will buy it.
Furthermore, target your audience, know who you want to help and build your marketing strategy around them. Ultimately your customers will become your brand ambassadors.

As a company builder, we know that if costumers at not at the center of the innovation, it will fail.
Know the value of your costumers; ask for their insights and feedback before, during and after working on a project.

Last Friday we were invited to an Holland FinTech event, to present a Creative Dock solution concerning the Festival industry.

In three weeks time we managed to do the ideation and testing phase. We started this project with the aim of developing a proposition that maximises festival experience. The end result was a proposition that allows pre-ordering drinks to eliminate the frustrating waiting time and ultimately the queues.

If you are willing to put in hard work and have a great motivated team, you can think about innovating any industry and then develop the idea so that it answers a pre-identified customer need. However, a great idea remains an idea without ex*****on.

This is our core strength at Creative Dock.

People tend to not doubt the status quo because they fear the unknown, and the change it implies.
However, if you want to innovate and truly be disruptive, you need to challenge the status quo and create something new for the better. To do so, you must be willing to take risks, and bold steps. It is the only way to inspire and encourage others to take a chance themselves.

Last Week, Tony van der Zanden presented at the PVKO (Platform voor Klantgericht Ondernemen) conference, in which he shared the three main learnings to take away for building a successful innovation.

First, don't stay on the surface but dare to dive deeper in the customer emotion. The main goal is to gain a deeper level of understanding in order to make a transition from a negative emotion to a positive one.

Secondly, focus on your main insight and make it the core of your innovation, instead of trying to solve all issues at once. The toughest part is to leave some problems aside at first, but try implementing them later on in the process.

Last and not least, don’t always trust your gut feeling, but always test it with the consumer. A room full of smart brains can think of the perfect solution, but if it is not what the customers are looking for, you made a prefect product that no one will use.
