OptoTrans is a unique software for subco’s of PostNL. Software designed and created together with the courier company from their needs and struggles fully adjusted to the standard courier process as required by PostNL.
What makes OptoTrans so powerful is the complaint management module. This module automates the way of handling the complaints and decreases the time necessary by up to 10 times.
Besides the complaints module, the software features powerful daily planning, fleet management, and driver modules.
The fines module will tell which user was driving the car at a fine moment upon entering the fine into the system. To have most of the business information in one place, the system has a contracts module, collects daily reports, generates monthly reports, paychecks, and tracks working hours.
Drivers can use an app through which communication with the back office can take place. Besides being able to see personal information like salary slips, fines, daily reports and bulletins, respond to the received complaints, the driver is also able to request vacation days from the app.
