💡 Last week Joline Karelse participated in an exciting project kick-off at Vrumona, the renowned soft drink manufacturer in Bunnik. 💡

The ambitious project, aimed at building a new can line within a tight, fixed timeframe, presents numerous multidisciplinary challenges. BEACON | Masters In Innovation played a crucial role by facilitating the mapping of all activities and milestones on a large wall-mounted timeline. This clear visualization of milestones, deliverables, and dependencies gave the team invaluable insights. Together, they identified risks and brainstormed potential mitigations. By the end of the day, the team had a clear understanding of the workload ahead and a solid plan for tackling it together! 🚀
