Our international network is vast and diverse and we love to put it into action for high-end matchmaking that generates new collaborations, products and ideas. every possibility and the capability to be succesful in their work – and that means creating a whole new tomorrow for us all. Organisation in Design was founded in 2005 by Margriet Vollenberg. She herself is a graduate of Eindhoven's Design Academy and knows like no other what it means to design. Margriet has over twenty years of experience in the design industry. When she, due to the worldwide pandemic, decided to put an end to Ventura Projects (famous for their international design events), and all PR activities, she started looking for and developing ways of sharing her expertise and experience with the design field. Perspective in Design is her latest initiative and is a hugely effective programme of Masterclasses helping designers taking hold of their company, studio and design business. Organisation in Design acts as an intermediary, a connector, a consultant, a curator and an expert in the field of design. Connecting and advancing for the creative industry. RAK ART: Ilja Visser creates wall artworks using fabric, yarn, paint, and drawing materials. After many years in fashion, she brings strong craft and storytelling into her art. Her works are very layered exploring identity and atmosphere. There will be three pieces on show at RAK ART festival in Ras Al Khaimah

At RAK ART: Artist Sina Dyks makes textile works using modern techniques and recycled PET yarn. Her work focuses on colour, pattern, and texture. She creates large-scale woven textile pieces which have an 3D effect in the pattern. In collaboration with 1X1 Art Gallery, the representative of Sina’s work in the region, there will be 3 wall pieces on show at RAK ART in Ras al Khaimah

Ras al Khaimah Art festival. It centers on sustainability, using recycled and upcycled materials to give new life to overlooked objects. Dryer lint, leftover yarn, dog hair, and food packaging are transformed into intricate artworks that speak to the memories tied to material culture and our evolving relationship with waste. Her pieces spark reflection on the stories embedded in the everyday.

Organisation in Design proudly presents Colors of Memory, an exhibition curated by Margriet Vollenberg, showcasing the works of four exceptional Dutch designers.
Among them is Phlox van Oppen, whose innovative creations celebrate sustainability and creativity. Phlox transforms overlooked materials—dryer lint, leftover yarn, food packaging, and even dog hair—into intricate, thought-provoking artworks that challenge perceptions of waste.
