Pianos are shipped under special EU tax arrangements via customs in Rotterdam and transported container-wise directly to our dedicated factory.

Ocean freight and port duties are included in our service.
Land transportation to Veenendaal, The Netherlands, is charged separately depending on location. We can arrange transport unpacked via Griffioen Transport or securely packed via Mainfreight.
Despite current geopolitical circumstances, our total servicing and shipping time is approximately four months, often sooner where possible.
