🔧Cobot Production with Beveltools🤖

Recently, Beveltools visited Goodspeed Steelshop in Eindhoven. They are working on a designed to assist with palletizing boxes at the end of a production line. This project involves working with laser-cut and bent parts that require a precise , something that CNC couldn't achieve.

Here's a hot tip☝ When you've finished creating a radius and spot a very slight edge, try lightly using a polishing machine to smooth the transition.

Recently, a customer of ours needed a perfect R6 radius on a stainless steel workpiece. We did this in two passes: first with our R4 INOX cutter, then with the R6 INOX cutter. Done in a matter of minutes, and with that extra finesse touch from the polishing machine.

Beveltools is growing rapidly and was in need of more space. Throughout March, construction happened on a new office expansion. One of the new rooms is dedicated to showcasing our latest developments and offering live demonstrations.

This space is also equipped for recording, meaning users can learn about our solutions either in person or online.

If you were at the TechniShow in last week, chances are you stumbled upon the Metaaltechniek Handelsonderneming B.V. stand. As an important dealers for Beveltools, they also showcased products from our catalog, including our hand beveling and rounding tools and the milling tables. A mysterious prototype was also shown...

Our extensive dealer network ensures that Beveltools products are spotlighted at exhibitions worldwide. One of those exhibitions is in April, at the Zagrebački Velesajam trade fair in , where you can find our dealer Ram Rijeka.

As for Beveltools, we're gearing up for the EuroBLECH exhibition, held at the Hannover Messe in October. There you'll witness our latest developments in the field of beveling and you can try our solution out for yourself.
