Over the last week, Iโ€™ve created 3 new training concepts, wrote several articles and worked on a business proposal. All activities that require my best creative self. So, I combined my packed schedule with frequent mini pauses to keep my creativity and focus going.

A quick pause that works wonders for me is a 5-minute walk. When I get back into the office, Iโ€™ve got plenty of new ideas that just popped up during the walk. Iโ€™ve even found myself starting at the sky for a couple of minutes this week. (In all honesty, I ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ช๐˜ฏ๐˜ฌ it was a couple of minutes, but I zoned out entirely so it could have been much longer ;-)). Total bliss! And so much concentration afterwards!
