The strenght of Hoofjack is unrivaled. One of the key reason for that is the way we produce our stand. We knowingly chose the system that takes more time, but delivers a much better result. We use rotational moulding, a technique that results in a seamless design that is free of weak or uneven spots. Rotating the polyethylene reduces internal stress in the product, making the Hoofjack exceptionally impact-resistant and durable, ideal for intensive daily use. Polyethylene was deliberately chosen as it is not only strong but also easy to recycle. It can be melted and reused, making Hoofjacks not only sturdy but also environmentally friendly.
Rotational moulding is not the fastest way to make a Hoofjack. However, it is the production process with the best results. Unlike the faster injection moulding method that leaves seams or joints that are susceptible to cracking or breaking during (intensive) use. In addition, the material used in injection moulding is often less thick and not evenly distributed, which has a negative impact on the durability and strength.
