Yesterday, we celebrated a very special milestone: Frank van den Broek has officially been part of Desch for 40 years!

Over the past four decades, Frank has become a familiar face within our organisation and a much-valued colleague whose humour and cheerful personality make every working day that little bit brighter.

To mark this special occasion, Frank was put in the spotlight by his manager and our COO, Mark Jacobs, who thanked him for his many years of dedication and valuable contribution to Desch.

Frank is known for his hard work, his wordplay and his firm belief that there should always be time for a laugh. From countless counting machines and pink production slips to Christmas decorating competitions and memorable adventures, he has collected plenty of special memories over the years.

Frank, thank you for everything you have contributed over the past 40 years. We are proud to have you as part of Desch and hope to continue working with you for many more years – with your trademark sense of humour, of course.
