Start of the holidays, nice time to flick through YouTube and watch some old video’s. Very surprising to hear one of my own questions answered in this video! Totally forgot about that.
Well worth watching Elliott Connie explaining elaborately in answer to some FAQ’s. They still are FAQ’s today, at least in my trainings 😊.

(Hint: about clients having a hard time to express best hopes, do we ever explain to clients what SFBT is, what if the client asks us for advice, and how to end sessions. )

Vandaag is mijn onderneming 15 geworden. Een derde lustrum. Het heeft wel wat om dat op mijn 64e te kunnen zeggen. Een van mijn betere beslissingen was het, ‘voor mezelf beginnen’. Ik heb nooit meer omgekeken. Want wat een voorrecht is het, nog iedere dag, om met zoveel mooie mensen te mogen werken, mijn ziel en zaligheid te mogen leggen in zulke uiteenlopende opdrachten en vooral: om te mogen blijven leren. Er is altijd iets nieuws te ontdekken in het oplossingsgerichte gedachtengoed, en dat vind ik heerlijk. De uitwisseling met vakgenoten van over de hele wereld is zo’n grote bron van inspiratie. Nieuwe ideeën horen en dan altijd (toevallig? Denk het niet) een situatie tegenkomen waar je dat kunt toepassen - je kunt me er voor wakker maken.

Op naar mijn vierde lustrum? Wie zal het zeggen! Ik sta open voor projecten die iets te maken hebben met werkplezier, met innovatie en creativiteit die leiden tot snelle hulp en voorkomen van zorg, met écht anders denken zodat we de uitdagingen van de komende decennia beter aankunnen.
Heb je een mooi idee en zou je iets kunnen hebben aan mijn vragen en meedenken? Zoek me op (na mijn vakantie;) en ik doe je een mooi aanbod. Er is zeker plaats voor drie veelbelovende projecten. Voor ieder lustrum een. Ik ben benieuwd!
