„Plant based sector 2023. Where are we now? Where do we want to be?”
During our among representatives of the plant-based sector, we will like to summarise the last few years, focus on trends, the dynamics of development in individual product categories and look for answers to the question of whether the plant-based sector can cope on its own or whether public instruments are needed - support for innovation, research and development, support for production and logistics infrastructure. The floor will be given to:
🌱Rosella D'angeli - CEO of Vegan Finest Foods;
🌱Edoardo Valsecchi - Owner and Founder of Linfa - Eat Different that specializes in Italian and International vegan cuisine;
🌱 Elena Ciavarella - Vegan Investor, Activist;
🌱Claire Ogley - Head of Campaigns, Policy and Research for Vegan Society;
🌱Iga Czubak - Founder and CEO of Plant Qurczak,/Apollo, neurocognitive scientist.
The discussion that will be moderated by 🌱Hanna Barakat - health psychology student, scout, Syrian by origin focusing on raising public awareness of human rights in the Middle East.
