Potgieter Consultancy Sometimes solutions are reached using common sense and are easy to implement, it only requires someone from outside with a fresh and open mind to 'see' them.

We specialize in assisting companies to recognize opportunities in the internal operations of the company, like how daily activities are best arranged to serve the customer, administration, production and logistics. We are able to assess a company's operations starting at the highest level, referred to as business processes, through to the mid level, referred to as work processes and including the

lowest level referred to as job instructions. However, sometimes it requires more structured planning in the form of a project. Quite often, when it requires a more structured approach, the value of our company lies in our applying best practice in a particular field. Industry buzz words like Business Process Management (BPM), QMS (Quality Management Systems) and Risk Management are some of the terms that pop up in our world. No need for you to speak that kind of language, it is our job to add value to your company by unlocking potential that you already knew existed, but did not know how to unlock, or by identifying opportunities that you never even knew existed.
