We are proud with the great collaborations with a lot of passionate chefs around the world.
One of them is the Dutch chef T𝐡i𝐣𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐬𝐭𝐞 from 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟𝐬𝐭𝐞(*) in Wolphaartsdijk.

He has made a beautiful preparation with the Oesterij special no. II with some flavors and textures of leek, dill, beurre blanc sauce and Perle Imperial caviar.

Every day we are proud to see the passion and variety that those chefs give to our oysters!
