After months of collaboration with Unburden Projects on the design of our new upstairs office, we are finally moving into the next phase: construction. Work kicks off in September, and once complete, the new space will give us room to expand our team and host our partners in a setting that truly reflects who we are.

We've already kicked off a Proof of Concept to bring our GGM Landing Zone (GLZ) to StackIT — so our partners can benefit from the same solid foundation we deliver on hyperscaler platforms, now in a fully sovereign environment. Also, our complete team has already accomplished the StackIT Certified training programs. 🥇

We have the pleasure of adding a very special, familiar face to our GGM organisation—welcome Jip Hogenboom!🎉
Over the past few years, Jip has been focusing on mindfulness, and now he’s looking to combine that with helping customers on their cloud journey.
Jip brings strong expertise in networking and infrastructure, and will initially focus on further developing our sovereign cloud landing zone and proposition.

Two years ago, we started GGM Consulting—and what a journey it has been. During this time, we’ve helped several of our customers excel in their cloud journeys and have seen that our proposition truly works 💪

In these two years, we’ve grown from just the two of us to a team of five, with more coming soon 🤔

We will continue expanding our offerings, our team, and our technical capabilities to help more organisations enhance and improve their public and sovereign cloud environments.

As we move toward the end of the year, it’s important to look back and reflect on everything we’ve accomplished. We are incredibly proud of our team and what we have achieved together. Starting the year with just the two of us and ending it as a team of five shows meaningful growth—and confirms that our proposition and mindset are working.

Based on the projects we delivered this year, we plan to expand even further next year. Our focus will include building out reference architectures, enhancing the GGM toolbox, and developing self-service landing-zone services to help our customers optimise their cloud environments.

The end of the year is also a great moment to celebrate with the team, which is exactly what we did this week by escaping from a creepy orphanage:

Today we had our quarterly day. After planning a remodeling of our upstairs office, we went for a great escape room at DarkPark Zoetermeer.

With 05:54 minutes to spare, we solved the room and managed to escape the poiseness gas 🚨🏆
