🌍 Do you want to know more about our project?
We’ve been busy across Europe! After conducting 6 focus groups in 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇧🇬 Bulgaria, 🇫🇷 France, 🇪🇸 Spain, and 🇳🇱 the Netherlands, our team in the EU-funded project “ReIgnite Your Purpose” is gearing up for the next exciting phase.

We’ll roll out three interactive workshops in each of these five countries this autumn, all designed to combat isolation and foster community well-being through:
Positive Psychology tools
Mindfulness practices
Networking & volunteering opportunities
Practical movement activities

These workshops are based on the PERMA model – a well-being framework that focuses on:
Positive emotions
Engagement
Relationships
Meaning
Accomplishment
