A key factor for making this possible is to develop People thru creating a Culture of Learning. Building a Learning Scaffolding into the organizations thru to establish the foundation of innovation and change. Driving a change from organizational driven learning processes towards a social / individual learning processes. (Powell, Heathcote).

To succeed with this transition companies therefor need to create a clear sense of for the organization. Top Management must develop and communicate a clear vision and shared goals for the organization. To give the organization and employees direction and a sense of purpose. They must ensure that vision, strategy, common goals and work aligns. And make sure that there’s a culture of between management and employees. Empowering them to create the changes and implementing the learning into the daily work. Hence building the foundation for at Learning organization which is crucial to surviving in
