First of all, my heart goes out to the Ukranien people, who have to go through this horror. And also to their neighbours and all other helpers, who are doing an incredible job taking care of all the people on the run.
I have written a Satiric but Educational «My Coaching with a twist» session with Mr. V.I.P aka Vlad Imir Putout
Usually I help people who are the true victims here.
Some will laugh, some will not and some will need a ton of nitrous oxide to even be close to smile.
Here is the full story.
Mr. V.I.P aka Vlad Imir Putout asked me to coach him through a quite challenging time caused by the world around him. Of course, I said, trying hard to escape from the voice in my head which told me to say no, because it’s very, very .... likely that this person isn’t as coachable as I wished ... But I was up for this challenge and the opportunity to learn new things, so.........
As a coach I have to provide a safe place for the coachee, where they can speak about anything and where their emotions are taken seriously and so on. It took a while, since he was sitting 50 meters away from me at the table, and he also had some ringing in his ears caused by unfriendly people who had shelled firecrackers outside.
After having his chair stalled for many hours, I told him to move his chair faster towards me so we could put our megaphones down. I love win-win situations, and here I saw an opportunity for him to save a mountain range of rubels for my fee and also to make it much harder for the U.S. to catch up on his plans, since they didn’t need any special equipment to hear us at this moment.
He wanted me to move closer, but I said it’s crucial for you to face your fear and to overcome it right now and move closer to me. This went on for days, but he finally arrived in a place where we/or he could communicate. As a big part of communication is to become a better listener, be present in the now.... and so on ... this took a while to get in place too.
It takes what it takes, I thought .... Patience is a virtue though, but seriosly.......
It’s important to adress what obstacles the coachee is facing so he went on to tell me about all that had happen to him. He had a growing list of unfriendly people that took his money, his assets, turned his people against him and lied about his important special operations. He went on and on. Even the judo community was escluding him, even if he never was close enough to use his skills man to man.
How could the world make him an innocent victim, he asked?
I started to tell him about the importance of taking responsibility of his own actions and ............ He interrupted me with a «Keikoku - This makes me a little irritated» , and since I was in lack of a translation for this, and for a few other reasons didn’t want him more irritated, I stopped my speech.
He don’t sleep well either. What a misery. I told him that heavier blankets can actually help people sleep better, but that his iron-blanket was way to heavy. And it can cause serious hemochromatomis.
And this is the exciting thing when it comes to be a coach: You have no idea what’s coming up as the next issue. Now, I was unfriendly because he assumed I tried to take away his «hide and seek» safety-blanket. Ooops. I’m sorry.... That was absolutely not my intention! I will never do that.... (Is this the right time to tell him that even if he doesn’t see me through it, I still know he is there? Pikaboo! When will now be a good time? Not now. Meybe later will be a good time. Yeah... )
I also must admit that I didn’t give him the answer to his victim question, but said instead: Unfortunately, s**t happens sometimes Mr. V.I.P, but right now it’s essential to use time wisely and that means we have to focus on solutions for you.
As a coach, I help people to find the answers from within themself. What are their dreams and objectives? What do they really want? And even more importantly, why do they want this? How does it make them feel? To be continued.....
Anyway, he told me he wanted more land and to restore a map that was a few years old. He wanted Pangaea back, and after NATO first splitted Pangaea in two, and splitted it up again, they had made this land much harder for him to get. He thought this was very unfair and very unfriendly. It actually made him a little irritated, just to think about it.
Ehhh.... Yeah that sounds like a ehhh heavy thing to do to you.... but, are you absolutely sure it was NATO, I asked him.
YES, I have no doubt about this, he answered. I know this is the truth. Don’t you know that?
I told him I was not quite sure if I had all the right information here, but I will definetly update my knowledge so we can speak from the same page, to avoid any misunderstandings. (Puh, that was a close call.)
Well, Mr. V.I.P, you have a big ambisious dream, that’s for sure. You have heard some say that nothing is impossible, but it just takes a longer time to achieve, so.... Meybe we should look into some other opportunities here, that meight make you feel even stronger and bigger. Would this be of interest for you?
He actually said yes to this, so we went on looking around.
Mr. V.I.P said he had looked around and that the whole world was against him.
NO, I said, not the whole world. You have to see it as it is and not worse as it is! You have a best friend in China, right?
Yes, Mr. V.I.P said, but I’m not certain about him because I forgot his birthday.
Oh, I’m sure he will forgive you that, I assured him. After all he knows you don’t get Facebook-remainders anymore. But the fact that you also forgot his expensive Para-Olympic Event after he remainded you.....and took some attention away from it....... Well, we’ll have to wait and see....
We must look down, I said. What are the options there? Meybe you can restore Pangaea from beneath the lands.
It would probably easen the work because of the fligth and ships-restrictions.
And then he whispered to me that hell had dismissed his access. What?? There is no end to the sanctions. Poor man!
I told Mr. V.I.P. that I have walked on fire several times, and have gone through a couple of hellish situations, so I can go and ask them why and to see if we can negotiate to get you in there.
In hell, I met Katarina , who said she had already expand it to its limit and she has her own way of dealing with some men, so...... It was not a great option.
She also told me that it was more than hot enough down there already. If they let Vlad Imir in, they was actually afraid it would boil over so she and her marionettes all ended up in Yellowstone National Park. This is not the place to visit right now, she said. Smart woman!
Where there is will, there is a way, I thought.... So now we had to look up. The sky is the limit. Or is it? I’ll sheck that one out.
Aim for the stars! No... Empires that expands a star can acually cause it to become a big Bangaea where the remaining landmass will be vay to small for Mr. V.I.P.
And then finally what I thought could be his new allies and best friends came closer. Aliens.
I told Vlad that I could have a secure conversation with their spokes-alien.
How is that possible, he asked me.
Oh, I am connected to the Universal Center for Telepathic Transmissions, I said.
Can this be verified, he continued.
Yes absolutely, I said confidently. By me and me only, so shall we continue pursuing this possibility?
Mr. V.I.P looked a little puzzled for a moment .......But finally he agreed.
So, I had a conversation with their spokes-alien, Ra-Ally Helios, and she suggested that a black hole was exactly what Vlad was looking for. They were already quite big, but also with expansion possibilities. He would have free unlimited energy and free building blocks that came with no delays at all . It would be a piece of cake to build his new empire . Wow
And he could play with some new firecrackers called «Dark matter»
And on top of all, she promised Mr. V.I.P. a safe green corridor to a black hole of his choice.
Mr. V.I.P. started to look seriously confused now. Then he will learn something, I thought.
He has a lot going on in his mind right now, I thought, but time is really important here so we just have to work on what he needs to succeed.
Vlad asked Ra-Ally if they finally had recieved the signal sendt from earth.
We recieved this signal decades ago, Ra-Ally answered. It was translated to: Mom, It’s E.T. I’m down here! We just picked him up and turned of the noice.
Ra-Ally Helios, who loves speed, also confirmed that they use nuclear power for their space-ships, and luckily Mr. V.I.P. had enough of this and all of it is now loaded on to the UFO. (This has been observed by U.S, but are only documentet in their «Book of secrets» so this will not harm Vlad)
When Mrs. Helios - the mother of E.T., told us that a black hole could be expanded using nuclear weapons, Vlad wanted to have a meeting with U.S. to see if they would cosider to provide him with some more, but even if Vlad Imir already is attending my workshop on «how to become a diplomat» it will still take a while before he can graduate, though.... but U.S. supporting someones dreams can be on-the-table meybe... Who knows....
Mr. V.I.P has packed his backsack and are almost ready to travel. He told me he wanted to bring with him his Books of secrets, and I said: Books? Do you have more than one?
Yes I have, he answered. They are stocked up in the two biggest towers here. Okey, I said, but that will be to much weight for the space-ship, so you have to leave them behind. But since you are the only one who knows what’s in them, you can just write some new. You will have some travel-time ahead of you, you know.
And finally he was going to choose his own black hole. First he was looking at Messier 87 . It is a massive giant hole and he loved the name.
But the other one called Karma was even bigger and even if it was further away and the name was odd, he really wanted to go there.
I told him that Karma meant somthing like... What you Putout there will be Putin at least tenfolds or more, so he thought that sounds really great. And after all, this hole would be his new Empire and he could change the name if he wanted. He thought that Biggest Pangaea was a nice name, but he had some time to think it through, though....
He also wanted to travel alone. His marionettes had only old tapes playing, and they are most likely chewed on, so.....
What if I falls down, he asked.
Don’t worry and don’t waste time on what ifs, I answered. Those people you have helped on your way up, will help you if you’re falling down.
Silence.... ....... ....... ........Vlad, are you there?
Yes, I am. I hope I can trust the aliens, Vlad said.
So do I, Vlad. So do I. But actions speaks louder than words, you know, so we’ll just have to hope.
And you can still choose to do the right thing and stop the war, walk straight to Haag and take your punishment instead, you know!
I heard a NOOO and a little Switsj , and faster than the speed of light, he was already far away. Either to Haag or to Karma. I forgot to ask the aliens ....

S**t, I didn’t get my payment. Wonder if there is a bunch of dollars stashed in here somewhere.
